By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or participating in a workshop or class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Star Spangled Gypsy, I want you to love what you order! If something doesn't work out, returns are accepted under the guidelines below.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• Free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• In its original, resellable condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned in its original packaging when applicable

Returns due to sizing, fit, or a change of mind are accepted within the 30-day return period.

Because sizing can vary by style, please review the size chart provided with each product before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help!

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns due to sizing, fit, or change of mind.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Star Spangled Gypsy is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can determine the best way to make it right.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, Star Spangled Gypsy will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

No Exchanges

Star Spangled Gypsy does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or another item, please return the original item according to the return policy above and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom, personalized, or specially made-to-order items are also not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Star Spangled Gypsy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Star Spangled Gypsy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to information provided incorrectly by the customer.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

SALE OF GOODS

 

Star Spangled Gypsy offers original, Florida-inspired clothing, accessories, artwork, books, and other products through the Site.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colors, and other product information are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or the handmade nature of certain products.

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Star Spangled Gypsy reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the customer will receive a refund for the amount paid.

PAYMENTS

 

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other available payment services.

By providing payment information, you authorize Star Spangled Gypsy or its authorized payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order.

Star Spangled Gypsy reserves the right to cancel or reverse a transaction if we reasonably believe the transaction involves fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.

WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

 

Star Spangled Gypsy offers creative workshops and classes that may require advance preparation and the purchase of materials for each participant.

All workshop and class sales are final.

Workshop and class registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the specific event description.

Because materials and supplies are purchased and prepared in advance based on the number of registered participants, cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If Star Spangled Gypsy must cancel a workshop or class, registered participants will be notified and provided with the applicable refund or alternative option.

ACCOUNTS

 

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and password.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update your information when necessary.

Star Spangled Gypsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if it is used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

All original content published or made available on the Site is the property of Star Spangled Gypsy and/or its creators unless otherwise stated.
