When the sun goes down, the Gypsy comes out. There’s something magical about the night. The music sounds a little better. The margaritas taste a little sweeter. The moon seems to shine just a little brighter—and suddenly, ordinary plans feel like they could turn into an adventure.

For our Shark Week party, I went all in with shark-infested drinks, an ocean pizza, a sandy shark attack cake, and even a few unfortunate Barbie doll limbs scattered throughout the food. It was wonderfully ridiculous—and everyone loved it!
